Training and Certification:
Julia is a 200-hour e-YRT yoga instructor. Her inspired teaching style focuses on functional and efficient movement which helps the body feel better regardless of level of practice. Her earnest study of biomechanics is fueled by her background as a personal trainer. She has extensive alignment experience, and had apprenticed with a Purna 500-hour affiliate instructor for over one year. A journey beyond the physical body is evident in each of Julia’s classes, where a vibrant sense of well-being is cultivated.
Yoga practices in the home, select studios, and outdoors. Practices are personalized; and yet will be a complete practice. Students are encouraged to hone their awareness and intellectually decide what they want to work on. Julia teaches alignment, restorative, as well a flow physical practices. All practices will include some meditation and breath practice. One-hour practices are offered, but 75min+ are encouraged.
